The Courts of Appeal of Oman

The Courts of Appeal - situated in Muscat, Sohar, Nizwa, Salalah, Ibra and Ibri - consider disputed rulings delivered by the Courts of First Instance. The Appeal Court circuit consists of three judges. Additional Appeal Courts are to be established in Buraimi and Rustaq.
