Career fair to be held at ISM from Wednesday

The annual career fair and seminar at Indian School Muscat will be held this Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 2 pm on both days. The career seminar will be held from 9 am to 10 am.

Presentations will be shown on 'Importance of Career Guidance, Fairs & Various Careers' which are possible through different streams education. Experts will provide details to the students on prospects for science, commerce and humanities. Details on entrance exams, NRI and other quotas for admissions in India, requirements for international undergraduate admissions will also will be presented. From 10am to 2pm representatives of the participating universities and institutes will be meeting the visitors in the stalls.

The professors, admission officers and representatives from prestigious universities in Oman, India and other countries will be available in the counters to interact and discuss about higher education options available for senior school students after Class 10th and 12th.

Top institutes
Among the institutes which will be taking part in the fair are the Caledonian College of Engineering, IDP Education, Gutech, Majan College, National Hospitality Institute, National Training Institute LLC, Polyglot Institute, Renaissance Training Institute/ Arena Multimedia, Study in Ireland and U K by Al Ahlam Educational Services, Waljat College of Applied Sciences, Monash University, Wolongong University, S P Jain Centre for Management, Education Overseas Academy, Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Grey Matter Academics, SRM University, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Institute of Management Technology and many other well-known colleges, universities and educational organisations.

Entry to the fair and seminars is free for students and their parents. All those who are interested in knowing more about higher education are welcome attend this programme.
